Palm Sunday


This partial recording of our second Zoom Church gives a flavour of virtual church with snippets of the worship songs, the reading of Scripture (Zechariah 9:9-16), the prayers, participation by others and a narrative ‘sermon’ of Palm Sunday given by Jan Smith -ordinand for St James’ Church and Deaf Church.

Jesus is Lord


The Apostle Paul writes to the Romans about the significance of declaring Jesus as Lord – kurios. The sermon considers the relevance of this to what we might consider inconsequential in our lives today and suggests that what we declare with our lips be reflected in what is held in our heart. Romans 10:1-15  

Mountain top experience
