The Daily Office
During the week anyone is welcome twice a week to say the Daily Office. This 30 minute service consists of lectionary readings from both the Old and New Testaments and the book of Psalms. There is some time for informal prayer.
The service is at 9.15am at St James Monday to Thursday. There is an online service of Morning Prayer at 8am, Tuesdays and Thursdays. There is an online service of Night Prayer at 9pm, Monday to Friday.
Holy Communion
This service is held on the second and forth Wednesday of each month in St James’ at 10.30am. It is a said service from Common Worship of about 45 minutes and follows the lectionary. There are a variety of preachers from our ministry team other members of the church. Coffee is served after the service. The congregation ranges from 12 to 30+ during Lent when the service is held every week; everyone is welcome.
